The Investor Relations Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales, operations, and marketing teams. As we expand our investor base and real estate portfolio, this position contributes to developing operational procedures, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining efficient systems.

Requirements:
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports related to equity raises.
  • Analyze data to provide insights on investor trends and performance.
  • Maintain and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to investor relations.
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and update CRM records for investor contacts and deals.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee regular audits of the CRM system.
  • Verify data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in conducting annual investor surveys.
  • Gather feedback and insights to enhance investor satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to design and implement new CRM reporting features.
  • Define data requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Stay informed about real estate laws and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal guidelines.
  • Handle any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certifications in business, finance, or related field or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and Juniper Square software strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership mindset.
  • High integrity – trusted, direct, truthful.
  • Works as a team player. Operates with the understanding that we do our best when we work together.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines.
  • Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to ability to walk property, including up to 6 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections.
