Law Firm Office Administrator New Opportunity in Akron Roetzel & Andress seeks an Office Administrator to join its team in Akron, OH.
Roetzel is a mid-sized regional law firm with offices throughout Ohio, Florida and in Chicago. We are a dynamic firm with a positive work environment that offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits.
The position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and works closely with the Shareholder-In-Charge of the Akron office.
We are looking for a team player to manage administrative operations; execute firm policies and procedures; coordinate workflow;
and work in collaboration with the Firm’s administrative and management teams in developing and implementing key initiatives.

Qualified candidates will have exceptionally good HR and management skills, oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, a legal practices knowledge base, and the ability to work with all levels of employees in a manner that supports and motivates a positive work environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred and minimum of 5 years management / supervisory experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
