Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented Housekeeper and household assistant to help keep our busy household running. This is a part-time position.

Duties include general house cleaning such as:
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting surfaces
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
- Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and appliances
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Empty trash receptacles and diaper pails and dispose of waste properly
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques

As well as managing various tasks for the household, such as:

-Launder, fold, and put away household items including towels, linens, and children's clothing

-Dishes

-Bringing in mail and packages

-Running errands

-Feeding pets, scooping cat litter

-Sweeping and tidying outdoor spaces like patios and front step, watering plants, etc.

-Tidying and organizing

-Overseeing contractors/workers coming to the house

Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping and/or personal assistant work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail, ability to take feedback and direction well, and time management skills

Hours: 8-20 per week depending on what tasks you are willing to take on. Exact hours negotiable.

Requirements: Must wear a mask (disposable medical-grade masks will be provided) and remove outdoor shoes while working in the residence. Background check and reference check required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
