Rogers Group, Inc. is Hiring an Asphalt Milling Laborer/Asphalt Paving Near Conway, AR
- Complete labor tasks around the mill
- Operate broom and skid steer to clean up milled surfaces
- Assists operating an asphalt mill and related heavy equipment safely and appropriately for varied conditions and situations
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks, cleaning, and greasing, etc.
- Operate with a priority of job safety for all persons working around the equipment
- Communicate clearly with crew-members to work as a team
- Work with the team to provide a fully prepared site for the paving crew
- At least 1 year of previous milling or asphalt crew experience is preferred
- General and applied knowledge of the paving process and proper procedures for quality finished work
- Must be dependable and show up for all assigned shifts
- Able and willing to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold for extended shifts
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass drug screen
