Night Shift : approximate shift times of 3pm-3am (4 days)

Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill a NIGHT MAINTENANCE position to rotate 2 days at our quarry in Fayetteville, Arkansas and 2 days at our quarry in Gravette, Arkansas .

This individual will be responsible for performing fixed plant repairs, recommending plant improvements, diagnosing, and repairing mobile heavy equipment, and assisting with various production duties as needed, as well as supervising the night maintenance crew.

The successful candidate for this position will have a strong background of experience in welding, fabrication, and fixed plant repair work and a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to :

• Routine equipment / plant maintenance
• Operating production equipment
• Involved with plant improvement projects
• Inspect and perform daily repairs and maintenance on plant
• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
• Other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications :

• Must have a dedication to safe work practices
• Previous industrial maintenance experience is a plus
• Experience welding and cutting is required
• Mechanical aptitude / ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
• Must be willing to work a regular 3pm-3am shift
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with conveyor maintenance and repair is preferred
• Experience in heavy equipment is preferred, but not required
• Working knowledge of quarry utilities and equipment including crushers, conveyors, scales, etc.
