Wages start between $22.00hr - $28.00, starting wage based on experience.
Asphalt Distributor / Tack Truck (CDL required)

Qualifications
An uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
A minimum of 1-2 years of asphalt paving experience is preferred.
Experience working with road construction in high traffic areas including some experience with MUTCD traffic control.
Must be able to regularly lift and / or move heavy objects.
Ability to work outdoors which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in road, site or highway construction and paving.
Ability to properly follow all company policies and OSHA / MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
Perform minor servicing and maintenance of equipment; refer major problems to the Supervisor.
Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
Follow directions of Supervisor as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or job
Perform general labor duties when necessary, and other duties as assigned.
Valid Drivers License required.

Holiday pay counts toward the 35-hour guarantee.
Paid Holiday Shutdown period between Christmas and New Years in addition to 7 holidays throughout the year.
Paid vacation Accrued during the first year starting at 180 days, 2 weeks at 1 year; 3 weeks at 5 years; 4 weeks at 20 years of service.
Annual merit-based pay increase.
