Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces based on their preferences and budget.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking inventory and arranging displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to operate a cash register
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn about jewelry products
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
