Rogers-O'Brien Construction is seeking a Superintendent with 8 years experience in commercial construction. The Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project schedule within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Superintendents are responsible for ensuring that the project exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

• All aspects of a project (safety, quality, schedule, budget, material procurement)
• Maintaining good relationships with trade partners, client, and design team
• Developing RO employees
• Creating an effective project plan, communicating the plan, and developing course correction strategies when deviations occur
• Supporting winning project pursuits

Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years in the commercial construction industry
• General knowledge of all business systems
• Well versed in budget management
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
