Rogue Community Health has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced clinic Health Center Director. This position will support our Eagle Point and Butte Falls Health Center teams. This leadership position is responsible for all activities within the health center including direct supervision of assigned personnel and volunteers, full responsibility for financial and operational requirements, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinic-based services, facilities, and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) project requirements.

Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate strong analytical, budgeting, and personnel management skills.

This position is expected to travel to multiple sites regularly. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen.

EDUCATION: BA/BS in business, healthcare, or another related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years in a medical office with a supervisory or management position desirable. Experience and knowledge of electronic scheduling systems and medical records are highly desirable.
