Family owned Commercial Drywall Company in Sunny Central Florida that works with Disney and other theme parks in the market so you will always be busy is looking to add a Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator, who is looking for a career, and not just a job. Using Company's Quick Bid OST database to do your estimating.

Base salary is to be $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.

Auto and gas allowance to be $925.00 per month. (Auto $500.00, Gas $325.00, Phone $100.00).

Performance will be reviewed for performance at 45 day and 90 days.

Paid time off (PTO) policy is as follows – After 1 year of service, each employee has earned the equivalent to 8 days per year of PTO. After 2 years of service each employee has earned the equivalent of 13 days per year of PTO. After 5 years of service each employees has earned the equivalent of 18 days per year of PTO.

Eligible for a Company Sponsored a 401k plan on the 1st. enrollment day after 1 year of employment. The Company will match $0.50 for each $1.00 of employee’s contribution up to a total company match of $2,500.00. The plan has a 5 year vesting schedule with two enrollment periods per year.

Eligible for Company Sponsored Administrative Retirement Plan on the 1st enrollment day after 1 year of employment. Plan has a 5 year vesting schedule with two enrollment periods per year. The funding of this plan is based on how well the company performs each year.

Company pays up to $700.00 per month for health insurance. All costs over this amount are paid by the employee through a 125 Cafeteria plan. Health insurance is through the company's provider with enrollment starting the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Bonus is based on both overall Company performance, and each employees performance, and distributed based on and evaluation of Company’s Management Team.

Full time employees are eligible for holiday pay upon hire. Holidays will be determined at the beginning of each year and announced as early as possible.
