**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately calculating the total costs associated with a construction project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction estimating and project management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyze construction plans and specifications to estimate the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for a project

- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates

- Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam to assist in the estimation process

- Develop detailed proposals and bids for clients

- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure cost control

- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing

- Review and analyze contracts to ensure accuracy of pricing

**Experience:**

- Minimum of 10 years experince in an estimating role

- Proven experience in construction estimating

- Familiarity with HeavyBid and Bluebeam software is preferred

- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
