Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup atmosphere, is hands-on, and is eager to take a proactive approach in managing our digital presence and content creation. You will be the voice of our brands on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon. Your creative flair and strategic mindset will play a crucial role in enhancing our online community, boosting engagement, and supporting our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts across multiple platforms, including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audiences. This includes creating graphics, writing copy, filming videos, and managing photography shoots.
• Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers to foster brand loyalty.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute pop-up events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and engage with our audience in-person.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to develop campaigns and materials that support sales goals and drive conversions.
• Content On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable on camera and behind the lens, creating videos and engaging with audiences through live streams and video content.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using insights to optimize strategies and content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the beauty, health, or wellness industries.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
• Experience with video production, photography, and editing tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking on camera and handling video production equipment.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, digital advertising, and sales support strategies.
