Responsibilities:

• Stay abreast of current mixology trends and showcase proficiency in crafting craft cocktails, infusing creativity into each creation.
• Uphold company service standards, delivering unparalleled customer service with a smile.
• Prepare the bar for service by cutting garnishes, stocking bottles, and maintaining a clean and sanitized bar top.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Assist patrons in selecting food and beverages by presenting the menu, offering cocktails and aperitifs, suggesting courses, and recommending wine pairings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout service, replenishing supplies and attending to patron needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals and enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Fine Dining Bartending Experience, demonstrating a mastery of mixology techniques and a refined palate.
• Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits, showcasing a deep understanding of varietals and flavor profiles.
• Strong math skills, enabling accurate measurement and preparation of cocktails.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage patrons and provide personalized recommendations.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, teamwork, and customer service to ensure a seamless bar experience.
• High energy level, persistence, and attention to detail to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Thoroughness and professionalism in all aspects of bartending, from presentation to service.
