- Experience with Structural Concrete
- Previous bridgework experience IS A REQUIREMENT
- DOT exp. a huge plus.
- Experience overseeing all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources.
- Supervise internal personnel and subcontractors.
- Communicate directly with project inspectors, contractors, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors and vendors.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Strong leadership qualities. Commination and time management.
