Position: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Byron Center, MI. On-site work requirement in office Monday – Friday
Compensation: Salary based on experience from $42,000.00 per year
Roll & Hill is seeking a resourceful and solution-oriented individual to join our customer service and support team. As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for post-sale service and support, learning and maintaining in depth product knowledge, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the luxury goods consumer, serving as a liaison between the customer, sales, and production team to answer questions and resolve customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, and 1 - 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the design or home furnishings industries. A background in luxury retail or wholesale is highly desirable.

This position is based at our office/factory in Byron Center, MI. After on-boarding and training, opportunity to work remote one day per week.
