This is multi-location position, with the expectation to be flexible in terms of being able to travel between locations within Chautauqua County.

We're seeking a full time Restorative Occupational Therapy Assistants (ROTA) for The Park, a Heritage skilled nursing and rehabilitation community located in Jamestown, NY.

Your position will play an essential role in the care of our most vulnerable population, our seniors. You will work directly with our occupational therapy and nursing teams to provide exceptional therapy, support, and care for each resident we serve.

As a ROTA, you must be:

A graduate of accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
Posses a current NYS occupational therapy assistant license, which must be maintained.
Posses a current (not expired or lapsed) New York State Nursing Home Nurse Aide Certification and must be listed on New York State Nursing Home Nurse Aide Registry. The registry must confirm that the Nurse Aide’s certificate is nor expired or lapsed, and that there are no sustained findings or convictions listed on the registry
OR
Current participation in an approved Nursing Assistant Training Program with intent to fulfill the requirements of certification within the time frame prescribed by the New York State Department of Health.
