Furthering the Kingdom while using your communication skills sounds pretty great, right? Well, that's exactly what you have the opportunity to do by being a part of the Communications Team here at Rolling Hills!

Our Communications Team is looking for Communications Residents to help with all things in the church communications world – whether that's copywriting and editing, marketing and promotion, graphic design and social media, website building and web design, and more. As our team and church grow, we are searching for young adults who are eager and willing to learn new strategies and programs, as well as those who can balance creativity with organization.

EXPECTATIONS

- Live an exemplary life modeling the call, character, and competencies of a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

- Be a servant leader to his or her staff and teams of volunteers, the families and the overall church body.

- Grow personally in his/her own leadership and ministerial abilities by reading, attending conferences and having godly and professional mentors in his/her life.

- Be involved in the overall life of the church body by being a partner/member, actively participating in a community group, church-wide events, and functions.

- Remain teachable, humble, and flexible.

- Be an excited and contributing member of the RHCC staff team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Serve alongside Communications Team leadership. 

- Attend all required monthly and weekly meetings of the Leadership Institute. 

- Attend specific Communications Team meetings.

** Specific Communications Team responsibilities will be assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

- College graduate or currently enrolled in college.

- At least 21 years of age.
