Significance is seeking a GPP&E Asset Management Senior Consultant to support our Marine Corps Real Property account. Specifically, this senior consultant serve as Inventory Lead and will lead/manage deliverables to meet objectives related to business process improvement, inventory, internal controls, audit remediation, and defining/analyzing/recommending improvements based on data analytics and key performance indicators (KPI).

Required Skills/Experience

    • Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
    • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
    • 5-7 years experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data visualization
    • 5-7 years experience with technical and/or professional writing, portraying an ability to independently conduct background research, structure written work products, and articulate an approach or recommendations.
    • 5-7 years professional experience working in teams, demonstrating interpersonal skills, team-building capabilities, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience supporting DoD or federal organizations, to include building and maintaining relationships with key client personnel.
    • Experience reviewing work products for technical accuracy, deliverable quality, and overall value to the client.
    • Experience conducting reviews of policies/procedures, and supporting BPI initiatives.
    • Hands on experience presenting information verbally and facilitating discussions with representatives from all levels of an organization.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency in project management skills to include: managing individual tasks to meet project milestones, analyzing task lists to provide appropriate progress and status updates, independently researching topics to gather knowledge and better understanding.
    • Demonstrated ability to delegate/lead and/or manage work streams and/or deliverables in the execution of client work.
    • Demonstrated experience contributing to proposal technical write-ups in areas of expertise.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25%
    • Located in the National Capital Region (NCR) or be willing to relocate/contribute to in-person client and team engagements in the NCR within the next six months.
    • Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.
Desired Skills/Experience
    • Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate)
    • Experience in Real Property life-cycle management
    • 5-7 years experience in audit readiness/response, business process improvement (BPI), business transformation, and/or property related activities.
    • Experience working with DoD and Federal agencies in an audit/accounting capacity
    • Experience providing inventory support services to DoD or federal organizations
    • Experience in Real Property life-cycle management
    • Experience in helping to develop and implement short-term and long-term asset management / real property strategies
    • Experience reviewing/researching/drafting Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and tracking remediation activities,
