The Catholic Diocese of Richmond is seeking Benefits Manager.
The Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day benefits related functions for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Diocesan benefits include health, vision, dental, supplemental/voluntary coverages, employer-provided benefits, EAP for priests and lay employees, priest HRA benefit, and retirement benefits for both lay employees and priests. The benefits team is responsible for all benefit related transactions in the UKG system, in accordance with diocesan policies and state/federal regulations for approximately 2,700 diocesan priests, religious and lay employees. Additionally, The Benefits Manager assists the Human Resources leadership team with a variety of human resource issues.
