Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry
The Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministry oversees the day-to-day operations of the Office of Youth and Young Adult Ministry in the maintenance of pre-existing programs and the design and implementation of new programs or initiatives that meet the emerging needs of youth and young adults in the Diocese of Springfield.
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-3 years of experience in the leadership of at least one of the following areas of ministry: youth ministry, young adult ministry, campus ministry
- Experience in additional ministry areas preferred including but not limited to: youth ministry, campus ministry, young adult ministry, family life ministry, faith formation, men’s ministry, or women’s ministry
- Experience with evangelistic or missionary efforts
