Rome Health is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst I who will function as a liaison between IT and business operations. This critical role will help to ensure systems are used effectively and optimized in support of the overall business strategies. The Business Systems Analyst I duties will include:
Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user needs to make recommendations for system selection and development.
Documenting system requirements, defining scope/objectives, and creating system specifications.
Defines scope and objectives, as well as creating system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
Works collaboratively with team members and gains consensus from more experienced team members.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree required, bachelors degree is preferred.
Applicable certifications (HIMSS, AHA, and Chime) are desirable.
Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
