Rome Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ambulatory Surgery Department. This nursing position will also assist with pre-op and post-op care within the unit.

Registered Nurse assesses, directs and coordinates patient care and procedures in an efficient, empathetic and timely manner appropriate to the age of patients served. "Owns" the plan of care for the patient and family. Serves as patient advocate and health teacher.

EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current Basic Life

Support; BS in Nursing preferred.

LICENSES: Current Registered Nurse License in New York State

EXPERIENCE: One year work experience in acute care hospital desirable, but not

mandatory.
