ROMO INC is Hiring a Production Worker - 2nd Shift Near De Pere, WI

No manufacturing experience preferred. You’ll be given all the tools you’ll need to be successful. This is followed by a partnership with an experienced team member. You’ll be a part of a family culture when your contributions are noticed and recognized.

- $15.50 an hour based on experience with room to grow
- 8 paid holidays
- Great hours, 2:00pm - 11:00pm Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm - 6:00pm Friday - No weekends

Requirements:
- Proven ability to learn and apply new concepts
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to read blueprints and other production specifications
Duties for this position may include:
- Setting up and operating small or large format presses
- Quality inspecting of parts
- Finishing decals including die cutting and laminating
- Other duties as needed
Education: High School Diploma / GED Equivalent Preferred

Warning, Instruction, Branding, Pre-cut Vinyl, In mold graphics, 3-dimensional, Domed, Overlays, Double-sided Window decals.
We create graphics that capture the artistry and craftsmanship of the products we decorate.
