RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare estimates from designs, takeoffs and specifications including labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors
• Analyze and execute construction documents
• Purchase orders and material deliveries
• Manage on-site inventory
• Scheduling
• Identifying and managing changes
• Sub-contractor coordination and supervision
• Quality control and onsite inspections
• Manage costs by tracking labor, equipment, materials and sub-contractors
• Review project actuals from original estimates
• Project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• General comprehension of construction methods, estimating and project management
• Knowledge of the Ag industry is beneficial, but not required
• Proficient in Excel and Word
• Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
• Highly motivated
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work individually and in team settings
