Job Description
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute seeks a full-time, experienced Program Manager for the newly established Center on Civility and Democracy. This position will operationalize the Center’s vision and concept into reality. Reporting to the Director of the Center, the Program Manager will be essential in launching new initiatives and convenings that seek to reduce the toxic nature of today’s political discourse and strengthen our democracy. The Program Manager role will have several duties including but not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize existing research and landscape analyses into a cohesive planning narrative.
· Strategize and outline programming goals and objectives.
· Oversee planning and execution of programming initiatives including outside advisors, convenings, working groups, etc.
· Develop internal systems, processes and infrastructure leveraging digital suites and project management tools.
· Communicate program objectives and progress to stakeholders including senior leadership, trustees, donors, and key partners.
· Monitor and evaluate program efforts against stated goals and objectives.
· Support other RRPFI initiatives including signature convenings and events as directed.
· Based in Washington, DC, the successful candidate will work closely with RRPFI colleagues in Washington, DC, and Simi Valley, CA, including on graphics, traditional media, and social media engagement.

Reporting Relationships
This position will report to the Director of the Center on Civility and Democracy.
