Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time construction Project Manager that has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial construction that is result-drive that will assist the entire project staff with all aspects of the construction process including but not limited to contract management, document control, coordination with project team (owner, A/E, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.), cost tracking, assisting with the assembly and distribution of all required project documents.

Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Review and understand project plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Oversee and direct construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication with all project participants.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with subcontractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction, engineering architecture or related field or an associate degree and/or previous experience commensurate with the requirements of the position
• Experience: Five (5) years of related experience required.
• CPR, 1st Aid, OSHA 30 preferred; Preemployment and annual Drug Tested.
• Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
The Location
Roncelli’s headquarters is in Sterling Heights, Michigan. This position will report to the site(s) assigned and from time to time, report to the Sterling Heights office.
