Job Summary:

• Coordinates and leads resident activities throughout the day
• Assists in the onboarding of new residents
• Coordinates resident meetings
• Plans community specific activities
• Coordinates transportation of residents and operates van or bus to transport residents to and from events, appointments, and programs as needed by the Community.
• Maintains life enrichment budget, equipment, and supplies.
• Participates in the review of individual Residents’ Care Plans and documents life enrichment progress every six months or when there is a significant change in the resident.
• Trains staff on the importance of life enrichment and other areas that create engagement and quality of life for residents.
• Coordinates and oversees shopping excursions, bingo, card games, musical events, crafts, etc.
• Creativity is required!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
