RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate new leads and build relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct in-depth consultations and assessments to understand customer needs.
- Present and promote our roofing products and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
✅ Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territory.
✅ Ability to get on ladders and walk on roofs within reason.
✅ Knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
✅ Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks.
