Roofing & More, Inc., (Herndon), one of the area's most respected contracting companies, is now accepting applications for immediate employment of an experienced Client Care Specialist to join our team. This talented person will coordinate the installation for each client through use of state of the industry software with timely and relational contact with each client, our production team and strategic installation partners. The main position duties are:
-Manage, organize and coordinate all aspects of scheduling each installation and repair project.
-Professionally communicate with the clients on each aspect of the installation of their project in order to meet the expectation of having an "exceptional experience.
-Maintain accurate and up to date information in the business software program.
-Produce ingoing reports for management.
-Prepare required paperwork for installation teams and production supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
