Project Foreman or Installers with 3yrs Experience

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 Bonuses (Commensurate with Experience)

Essential Duties:

• Meet with Project Exec as soon as job is awarded, to review and plan for Budgeting of materials, labor, equipment and Safety.
• Meets regularly with Project Exec to review progress of the project.
• Reads and interprets specifications and plans to determine construction requirements and plan procedures.
• Inspects work progress and construction site to verify design specifications and safety requirements are met.
• Ensures that all reports and records of the project are completed in an accurate and timely manner and forwarded to the appropriate Company personnel
• Supervises, orders and coordinates activities of labor, subcontractors and deliveries.
• Records information such as personnel, production and operation data on specified forms and reports.
• Work as a team with other Company employees.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Physical Demands:
• Able to climb ladders and stairs throughout day to inspect work at a height of over 6 feet.
• Able to work 40 hours per week.
• Valid Drivers License
• Education Requirements:

High School Diploma
