Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project execution
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Utilize project management tools such as ServiceNow to track project progress and document key information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in project management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficient in business process modeling and process management techniques
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in project portfolio management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Vendor management experience is preferred
