We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Director of Digital & Brand Marketing to join our team and drive our Ecommerce brands forward.
Job Description
The Director of Digital & Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our branding and digital marketing strategies across multiple Ecommerce storefronts. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record of success in branding, digital marketing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic branding and digital marketing strategies, aligned with company objectives, to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Create and manage all digital marketing channels across multiple Ecommerce storefronts (websites, emails, social media, and other forms of digital communication) and ensure brand consistency and value proposition messaging.
Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including website development, sales, customer service, and agencies to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Analyze and interpret data from various digital marketing platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and branding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5 years of experience in branding and digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2 years of agency experience required.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
