Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This position offers the opportunity to work in diverse environments, including Level I Trauma Centers and hospitals, while traveling to different locations.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for accurate documentation
- Conduct health coaching sessions to educate patients on wellness and disease prevention
- Assist in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Work in internal medicine settings, focusing on comprehensive patient care
- Manage MDS assessments and documentation efficiently

Qualifications
- Active RN license with travel nursing experience preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy and medical terminology
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Experience working in Level I Trauma Centers is a plus
- Proficiency in providing compassionate and comprehensive patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare settings

Pay: $62.50 - $63.00 per hour
