Qualified candidates MUST possess:
-- at least 2 years of General Management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. 
-- experience with Aloha and Opentable. 
-- experienced in Microsoft Office programs.
-- food and beverage knowledge. 
-- knowledge of beer and spirits. 
-- willing to work long extended hours, late nights and early morning
-- polished, professional, warm and hospitable 
-- prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, purchasing and production, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
