Responsibilities:

  1. Contractual Agreement Support:
  • Assist in the preparation and development of contractual agreements and compliance documents.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between various departments including marketing, finance, business development, supply chain, engineering, shipping, and manufacturing.
  1. Compliance Program Management:
  • Implement compliance program procedures.
  • Identify and assist in risk management.
  • Prepare and maintain contractual documentation.
  • Analyze contractual terms and conditions.
  • Support contractual and compliance issue resolution.
  1. Regulation Analysis and Compliance Development:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing/proposed regulations and industry practices.
  • Develop and implement processes to meet compliance requirements, including management of customer and government property and export requirements (ITAR and EAR).

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Agreement Review and Analysis:
  • Support review of agreements such as nondisclosure agreements, contract amendments, and extensions.
  • Analyze and review contract requirements, terms, and conditions for compliance with laws, regulations, and company procedures.
  1. Contract Document Drafting and Negotiation:
  • Draft and support negotiations of contractual documents/agreements.
  1. Contract Compliance Assistance:
  • Assist with contract compliance and resolution of contract issues.
  1. Compliance Document Development and Liaison:
  • Review and develop responses for compliance documents.
  • Act as a liaison to troubleshoot customer compliance-related inquiries.
  1. Export Compliance Administration:
  • Develop and administer export compliance processes and procedures.
  1. Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Act as a liaison with all departments to facilitate the contract lifecycle.
  • Support policy, process, and guideline changes to maintain compliance.
  1. Research and Records Maintenance:
  • Conduct research to support contract and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain compliance records and administer customer and government property management procedures.
  1. Special Projects:
  • Perform special projects as needed.
