Service Manager

Location : Lehighton Kia

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Weekends Off)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful service team, a deep understanding of automotive repair and maintenance, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor service department performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership or similar setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in automotive repair and maintenance processes.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
