We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our family owned practice in the heart of Bay Ho !

Rose Canyon Animal Hospital has been serving the Clairemont / Bay Ho area of San Diego for over 20 years and is well known within it's community. Our hospital prides itself in our "team player" culture and fun and engaging management style. We accomodate routine appointments, orthopedic & specialty procedures, as well as urgent care vists, so someone with a self-driven and self-starter work ethic has the opportunity to shine and grown within our practice.

Preferred applicants would have a minimum of one-year experience with exposure to a fast-paced environment. Emergency Hospital or urgent care experience is a huge plus! Our ideal candidate would possess the following skills:

- Compassionate, driven, and team oriented.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills towards clients, other staff members, DVM's and management.

- Ability to multi-task, as well as an above average understanding of efficiency and time management.

- Self-starter mentality and takes initiative to complete tasks on their own. Someone that is willing to grow and adapt through challenges and changes while maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude.

- Strong active listener that has experience with balancing multiple phone lines.

- Medical terminology knowledge and previous veterinary experience a plus!
