We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Customer Service Call Center to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing support with our staffing app. while resolving staffing issues. We are hiring for 3pm-11pm shift.
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about scheduled employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Staffing issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer schedules.
• Develop and maintain accurate scheduling records and communication with our employees.
