Responsibilities

• Process biweekly, multi-state US payroll.
• Review and validate timesheet changes with managers.
• Handle employee changes such as title, pay, and manager adjustments, and resolve schedule changes.
• Process PTO & adjust balances
• Conduct regular audits of payroll documents.
• Administer all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary short- and long-term disability, and 401(k) plan.
• Verify and process qualifying event changes and handle COBRA administration.
• Open Enrollment
• Support the team in other administrative duties related to payroll, benefits, and human resources.
