Job Description

***Only qualified Business Analyst candidates located in the Minneapolis, MN area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in business analysis and testing

• Participate in projects related to ingesting data in back-end systems

• Understand user journeys and user experience

• Experience in Agile-scrum methodologies

• Knowledge of Jira, and Zephyr

• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and analyze data

• Creation and maintenance of Test Cases for each user story or defect issue or incident in an approved tool. Each test case is trackable and traceable in the context of a user story/defect/issue/incident

• Experience in process flows by utilizing tools such as Visio

• Experience with and knowledge of mainframes, servers, databases, and queries

• Knowledge of PEP , ACH Payments systems, NACHA Rules

• Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and communication skills

Acts as a project liaison with product owners, engineers, and business partners. Use your strong technical experience working with large and complex data sets, and product management experience.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications, workflows, data tables, queries, and prototypes and conducting testing.

This position will develop, execute, and validate testing scenarios for the ACH Product Operation Team. Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles. Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required. Manual testing experience in the mainframe and client-server environments. Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test methodology, use cases. Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting is also required. Manage technical issues to resolution including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution implementation with engineers.
