***Only qualified Communications Specialist candidates located in the New York, NY area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Degrees/Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English or related field
Required Skills:
• 5 years of experience in business communications, digital and/or product communications, experience with Media
• Proactive with developing an idea and running with it, jack of all trades. Created an idea, execute it and present
• Experience with executives, presenting products to a team or executives, circling back with stakeholders on approvements
• Experience in program and project management
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven success executing impactful, creative communications programs
• Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
• Experience in Internet, technology and/or advertising PR
• Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing organizations.
• Content creating, worked with content creators or influencers
• Social Media experience, LinkedIn, Instagram
Our client is looking for a Communications expert to support its Monetization Communications team. The successful candidate has experience in developing and executing high-profile communication initiatives and product launches and brings a deep knowledge of the advertising industry. The successful can develop strategies and own day-to-day execution for global public relations programs related to monetization products and programs, specifically advertising initiatives.
Communications Specialist Responsibilities:
• Devise and execute communications strategies and creative "always on" storytelling programming to support Client strategic objectives linked to clear goals and metrics
• Develop communications plans for product launches and key moments across Client that speak to our target technology and business audiences
• Work with teams across the company including social, marketing, product, research, and legal. Build and maintain deep relationships with press, influencers and other external stakeholders
• Work closely with external agencies to lead go to market strategies and tactics
