Qualifications:

• Minimum or currently pursuing a 2 Year College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field

• Some experience in the Electrical field

• Must be opened to working 2nd shift and weekends

• Experience with Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems

• PLC programming skills

• Electrical/Mechanical Experience

• Ability to prepare, read and interpret written reports, instructions, procedures and guidelines

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Electromechanical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Controls/Technical support for various Shift production and assembly, through troubleshooting and determining root causes for downtime events

• Production barrier identification and elimination for various levels of automation including welders, conveyors, automated assembly, and robotics

• Coordinate with production and maintenance on existing machine control modifications or installations

• Maintain current documentation: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics; panel layouts; PLC, operator display, operator interface, and robot programs
