Summary

Assist in getting off the DocuCorp Policy print system(on a current risk record) and onto the COM360 policy print system.

Works with the Product Development/Regulatory Adherence support team, currently consisting of one manager and three Sr. Reg. Adherence Coordinators. The team currently works with the modification of contracts in addition to setting up contracts on the policy print system. We work as a team to accomplish our goals. We work with Microsoft Word & adobe acrobat pro. Skills need would be attention to detail, experienced with Microsoft Word, ability to follow directions and work as a team.

Responsibilities

1. Converting forms from Microsoft .doc to Microsoft .docx

2. Adding variable “tags” and signatures within a document

3. Loading templates to COM360

4. Creating workflow in COM360

5. Testing and reviewing output

Ideal Candidate

Health Insurance, Has worked with Contracts, advanced in Microsoft Word, simple system coding.

Requirements

Microsoft Word 3-5 years, ability to work in office(with 3-5 years office experience), detail oriented, team player

Prior Health Insurance experience, Prior Policy print system experience, simple coding
