Position Title: Senior Security Manager

Position Location: Hybrid - 3 in office, 2 remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversees cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Defines key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for the evaluation and transformation of business models for the line of business to improve their organizational effectiveness, expand business, and increase profits
• Leads team in execution of strategic plan and/or specific initiatives to achieve line of business goals.
• Develops strong partnerships with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Leads a team or multiple teams that develop and implement best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives.
