Impressive Orlando meeting space, impeccable in-house staff and grand accommodations assure a seamless meeting experience for groups ranging from 10 to 2,800.
With the Orange County Convention Center right next door, Rosen Plaza Hotel serves as headquarters for Orlando meetings.
- Provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side work stations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift
- Courteously handle all guest requests based on Rosen Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Job Requirements :
- Requires extensive walking, bending, talking, answering phone, lifting up to 50 lbs., cleaning, and food handling for the entire shift
- Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public
- Education / Experience : High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of relevant experience
