Summary :
Provide outstanding guest service based on Company Standards by ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process for convention and catering groups Act as the client point of contact, taking and processing individual and group room reservations through telephone calls and internet bookings Maintain knowledge of current room types and rate structures Assist in executing sales contracts to the fullest potential while exceeding client expectations
Responsibilities :
- Provide clients with accurate room availability and rates
- Process individual and group reservations efficiently
- Assist with sales contracts and agreements
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on inquiries
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco / nicotine-free policy
