Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and orientation.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and support managers in performance management.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
- Conduct HR training sessions on various topics, including compliance and company policies.
- Participate in HR projects as assigned.
- Stay informed about relevant HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, OR work experience equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Prior experience in the accounting industry is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Hourly Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
