About us

Park Manager LLC is a family owned business in Sequim, WA and Rosewood Manor MHP is one of our Hoquiam, WA Communities. We are property management team and our goal is to have a Resident On-Site retired couple that would thrive by maintaining the community in a clean and inviting manor, have some maintenance skills for the water meters and grounds, and be accessible to the tenant/homeowners in a respectful yet authoritative manor, and to work at the direction of the main office.

Your work environment includes:

  • Living in the Rosewood Manor MHP in a unit provided by the Company (which will be available for your purchase)
  • You would need to provide internet, computer, printer
  • Daily walks around the Community, Posting/Serving Notices as needed, monthly meter readings, Talking to Tenant/Homeowners regularly to keep a pulse on the Community, Reporting to and working at the direction of the main office

## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Resident Site Manager, preferably a couple, to oversee daily operations at our property. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, community inspections, posting notices, property maintenance. It is required that you live in the park, and a two bedroom manufactured home is available and ready for move-in! If you also speak Spanish that is a plus!

## Responsibilities

- At the direction of the main office, to perform Management tasks on-site at the property, which will include monthly water meter readings, occasional posting notices or personal delivery of notices to tenants, regular maintenance of the common areas, daily being the "boots on the ground" and keeping the main office informed of maintenance and tenant issues, and always maintaining professional tenant relations

- Conduct walk arounds with new owners to assure they know their mobile home lot boundaries, understand the Park Rules, and answer their questions for a successful landlord/tenant relationship

- Utilize and maintain your own internet, computer, printer on site, so you can print notices for posted as needed for property management tasks

- Tenant files and records are maintained at the main office, so you'll be required to mail documents to the main office on occasion

- Implement and enforce property policies and procedures, by reading and understanding the lease/rules, and approaching tenants in a respectful manor to enforce the rules, and to contact the office when written notices are required to be prepared for service on the tenant

- Handle phone inquiries from the Tenants and main officce with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Assist in sales and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy, as needed, to be an advocate for the Property

- Other tasks as assigned by the main office

- Resident Managers can have additional employment, but a retired couple that would enjoy a rent credit for minimal time committment that has experience in maintaining water system, or can trouble shoot maintenance issues, and has temperment that could manage and live amoungst their neighbors

## Experience

- Previous experience in property management/maintenance or related field is a plus

- Proficiency in use of internet, computer, printing, is necessary

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to walk the grounds daily, pick up trash in the common areas, talk to neighbors, and keep a pulse on the community
