**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time CNA/DCA/PCA to join our team for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents or patients.WEEKEND SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL APPLIES.
**Qualifications:**
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Direct Care Assistant (DCA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare or senior care setting preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, patients, and team members.
- Proficient in providing personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to work the specified 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents or patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents or patients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the health or behavior of residents or patients.
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents or patients.
- Ensure the safety and security of residents or patients at all times.
- Document care provided and any significant observations.

- Ability to lift and move residents or patients with care and respect.
- Compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
