**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/PCAs/DCAs to join our team. As a CNA/PCA/DCA, you will provide direct care and assistance to residents/patients in a long-term care facility or similar healthcare setting. Your primary responsibilities will include helping residents with activities of daily living, monitoring their health, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
**Qualifications:**- Active certification as a CNA, PCA, or DCA
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and care plans
- Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and other daily activities
- Prior experience in a long-term care facility or healthcare setting is preferred
**Responsibilities:**- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing team
- Ensure residents' comfort and safety at all times
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Document care provided and any observations accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to meet residents' needs
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
